Here are some updated pictures of our sweet Schmancy. We picked her up early March. When we brought her home she immediately bonded with me and her sister Charlie. It took her a minute to trust her dad. Because he is Charlie’s favorite, I was secretly happy to have a child who favored me more. Now she loves her dad as much as her mom. Schmancy is the perfect complement to Charlie’s outgoing personality. Charlie is our alpha. Schmancy is her loyal side kick. It has been fun to watch her grow from a timid and nervous dog to a happy and confident furchild. Each day her confidence grows. We hope one day she will be able to trust other two-legged people besides my husband and I. Thank you for taking care of Schmancy before we adopted her. Charlie had a heart procedure at Texas A&M last month and Schmancy was such a comfort to her while she healed and bounced back. Schmancy completed our family.
